Well, I've had this blog for a while now, and haven't even made one post yet. Yeah, that sounds like me. Something gets my attention, and then I forget all about it. *sigh*
Anyway, a couple of weeks ago, I joined http://www.e-mealz.com/. It is a meal plan subscription service that provides a new meal plan, with shopping list, each week. This is my second week using the plan, and we have had home-cooked, from scratch, meals every weeknight, which is a huge accomplishment for me. I love to cook, but I'm HORRIBLE about planning and budgeting. This service makes it so easy to put a homecooked meal on the table for my family, without having to resort to the ease of a boxed or frozen meals every night. Out of the 8 meals that I have cooked, there is only 1 that we didn't really like, but it could be great with just a little tweaking. Anyhow, if you check out the site and want to sign up, use this link and I get credit for the referral:

If you use this service, or have other meal planning tips. Leave me a comment and spread the knowledge. :-D
